How we work — from idea to finished film
Producing professional film requires a structured process — from the first brief to final delivery in the correct format. Multiproduction works in five clear steps that ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget and with the right quality. We have refined our process through 200+ productions since 2011 and know exactly which steps are required to go from idea to finished film. A typical production takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. Each step has clear approval points so that you always have insight and control. Below we describe exactly how we work — step by step — so that you know what to expect when you hire us.
Our 5-step process
Each step builds on the previous — and you approve before we proceed.
Brief and needs analysis
We meet — on site or digitally — to understand your goals, target audience, message and budget. Together we define the project's scope, schedule and deliverables. A good brief is the foundation for a successful production. Don't have a brief? We help you formulate one.
Concept and script
Our creative team develops one or more concepts based on your brief — with script, storyboard and visual references. We present the proposals, you give feedback, and we iterate until everyone is satisfied. Nothing is produced before the concept is approved.
Pre-production and planning
We plan the shoot in detail: locations are scouted, shooting schedule is written, equipment is booked, participants are briefed, wardrobe and props are prepared. Everything is documented in a production plan that you approve before shooting starts.
Shooting and production
The shooting day is led by our director with support from the camera team, lighting technicians and sound engineers. We use professional equipment and handle all practical details. You are welcome to participate — but you don't have to. We take care of everything. Do you need a studio? We have our own in central Stockholm.
Post-production and delivery
Editing, color correction, sound mix, graphics and optional animation. You will receive a rough cut to comment on before we finalize the final product. The film is delivered in all agreed formats — TV, web, social media — ready to be published.
What does it cost? Price range per film type
The price varies depending on film type, length and complexity. Here are guidelines based on our completed projects:

Common questions about film production
How long does it take to produce a film?
A typical production takes 4–8 weeks from brief to delivery. Simpler productions such as CEO greetings or short social media clips can be delivered in 1–2 weeks. Larger campaigns with multiple shooting days and advanced post-production can take 8–12 weeks.
What do we need to prepare for a film production?
A clear brief with goals, target audience, message and budget gives us the best conditions. We guide you through the briefing and help to formulate a brief if you don't have one. You also need to identify internal contacts and any participants.
How much does a film production cost?
The price varies depending on the type of film and complexity. A simpler corporate film starts from approx. 25 000 kr, a commercial film from approx. 40 000 kr, and animation from approx. 30 000 kr. Larger productions with multi‑day shooting and advanced post‑production cost 100 000–500 000 kr.
Can we be involved and influence the production?
Absolutely. We work with clear approval points at each stage — you approve the concept, script and storyboard before filming starts, and you get to view and comment on the rough cut before final delivery. You have full insight and control throughout the entire process.
Which formats and platforms do you deliver for?
We deliver in all relevant formats — 16:9 for TV and YouTube, 9:16 for TikTok and Instagram Reels, 1:1 for LinkedIn and Facebook. We adapt codec, bitrate and file size to each platform's technical requirements. You receive all versions included in the price.
